2. Semi Di Lino Volumizing Mousse Conditioner – Volumizing and body-intensifying conditioner for fine hair. Detangles without weighing the hair down giving body and volume to hair that tends to be flat. How To Use: After shampooing, shake well and dispense 2 dollops of mousse to lengths and ends.
